Since 1994, Gary Hawk, Managing Partner of Clarity International®, has coached and mentored business owners through peer groups. Armed with a blend of leadership and business skills, Gary is uniquely positioned by both experience and talent to provide mentoring and coaching services to CEOs and business owners. With more than 45 years experience in both small and large ventures, Gary brings a rich business background to his work. He has senior executive experience working in both manufacturing and service environments in large and small companies. Gary ran the franchise division Jenny Craig International, Inc. He is an attorney and served as General Counsel for a producer and syndicator of television commercials, as well as a rapidly growing, plastics manufacturer. For several years Gary was also owner of a four unit chain of weight loss franchises.
