You already know that running a business is both challenging and rewarding. When you are in charge it is difficult to balance the demands of work, family, self development and recreation. Clarity Circle™ meetings are designed to help you develop the awareness and strategies to make it all work.
We meet for four hours each month to share ideas, discuss the issues – whatever they are – and help each other create answers to what is possible. Then we help you stay accountable to making it happen.
How it works:
- Each Clarity Circle™ has 10-12 business owners.
- An initial half day visioning session and introduction to Clarity’s tools for leaders.
- Four hour meetings monthly focused on challenges and issues
- Individual feedback and sounding board sessions throughout the year as needed
- One individual visioning and planning session annually
